We start by meeting with your team to understand your interview process, your needs and what you want to measure.

From there, our workplace psychologists create an interview strategy, potentially including a suite of personalized questions, hosted interview guides or I-O driven interviews.

For those that want a structured interview experience, including a scoring mechanism to collect feedback, our Interview product is the recommended solution.

Interview Reports

HighMatch interview questions are tailored prompts personalized to the individual candidate and are grouped based on the competencies being measured.

Each question is developed by our team of workplace psychologists to facilitate more in-depth conversations, and are personalized based on the candidate’s score.

Looking to add your own specific questions? HighMatch can easily add additional questions, and can even validate those to ensure they are devoid of potential bias.
