Forgot Your Password?

How to reset your password if you’ve forgotten your login information.

  1. Go to login.highmatch.com.
  2. Click Forgot Password?
  1. Enter the email address you used to create your account, then click Submit.
  2. You’ll receive a “Reset your Compass Password” email from donotreply@highmatch.app
    • Tip: Check your spam folder if you don’t receive the email.
  3. Click Reset your Password in the email, and you will be directed to a password reset page.
  4. Enter a new password, then click Submit.
