How To: Review HighMatch on G2

A guide on how to post a review for HighMatch on the G2 website.

  1. Go to HighMatch’s page on G2.
  2. Click the Reviews tab.
  1. Scroll up just a bit and click the Write a Review button.
  1. G2 will ask you to either create an account or sign in using a Google or LinkedIn business account.
  2. Once you’re signed in, G2 will ask you to complete five sections during the review process. Please make your review as accurate and detailed as possible since G2’s moderation team will check it to verify that you are a real user.
  3. These five sections include:
  1. The Product Rating section asks you for the ratings and feedback on the product, in this case, HighMatch. G2 will ask you to provide a score rating, review title, likes and dislikes and your primary role.
  1. The About the Product portion allows you to provide descriptions and ratings on which purposes you used the product and how it benefited you.
  1. About You asks you for details about how you interacted with the product.
  1. About Your Organization requires information about the organization you’re working for and that used the product.
    • Note: G2 allows you to submit your review when you have completed the About Your Organization section and skip the Feature Rating section. While the decision of when to submit the review is up to you, HighMatch would appreciate it if you filled out every section in the review including the Feature Rating section. 
  1. The Feature Rating section lets you provide a rating for each feature listed concerning the product.
  1. Once every section in the review is complete, click Submit My Review at the bottom right of the screen.
  2. Over the next few days, G2’s moderation team will approve or reject submitted reviews.
