Since 1970, Family Resources, Inc. has been the agency people turn to for crisis counseling, safe shelter and respite for runaway and homeless teens.
Cruz Melendez, Chief HR Officer, and his team were having trouble getting to know candidates pre-hire. It wasn’t until people were on the job that they had a good understanding of new hires’ strengths, weaknesses and workstyles.
Cruz and his team were doing their best to conduct thorough interviews but, ultimately, they decided to add another tool to the hiring process. They were seeking additional data and viewpoints to inform their decision making.
